The Wabigoon Lake Ojibway Nation-Ignace area in Northwestern Ontario is one of two potential host areas for a deep geological repository, that would isolate, and store Canada’s used nuclear fuel for the very long term.

The Township of Ignace is inviting communities across Northwestern Ontario area to learn more about the nuclear industry and the deep geological repository project near the Revell site.
