ATTENTION RESIDENTS:

The Township has received a report of a Coyote sighting behind Ignace School during daylight hours. This Coyote displayed aggressive behavior, lunging at the individual who was riding a snowmachine.

We strongly advise all residents, particularly children and their pets, to remain vigilant and exercise caution in this area.

The individual has notified the local Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF), the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Ignace School. We appreciate your attention, and we urge you to remain safe.
